Shipping costs?

Free shipping. We only ship within the European Union.Excludes the United Kingdom.

How long will it take to get to me?

You will receive your order at the address provided 5/7 working days after we have processed it.

What is the status of my order?

Once the order has been prepared in our warehouse, you will receive an email from the transportation company confirming the tracking number of your order. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service department at info@racered.it. We will get back to you within a maximum of 24/48 hours.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

To return an item must please complete the following form (click HERE). Our courier company will then contact you to arrange the collection. Please bear in mind that if you wish to return the items to us freight collect/cash on delivery, we may charge you any costs incurred.

All items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding invoice (found inside the box in which your item(s) were delivered).

What is the deadline for making a return?

The deadline for any return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Do I have to pay return costs?

No, the return costs are free of charge through our courier service for European Union contries only.  This excludes the United Kingdom which is a separate cost of 169€.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your refund has been received and approved, the refund will be paid using the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase.

When will I receive the amount of my refund?

After approving the refund (the items must be in perfect condition with the labels intact) the amount will be credited to the credit card with which you made the purchase. The payment to the credit card always depends on your bank and will be made within 14 calendar days.

What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?

Please contact our Customer Service department at info@racered.it. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.
