Where can I receive my order?
You will receive your order at the address provided during the purchase process.
How long will it take to get to me?
You will receive your order at the address provided 4/5 working days after we have processed it.
Free shipping on orders over 100€.
When order amount is less than 100€, then charge would be 5.50€ for shipments in Spain and Portugal and 12.50€ for other European countries.
What is the status of my order?
To find out the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
To return an item must please complete the following form (click HERE). Our courier company will then contact you to arrange the collection. Please bear in mind that if you wish to return the items to us freight collect/cash on delivery, we may charge you any costs incurred.
All items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding invoice (found inside the box in which your item(s) were delivered).
What is the deadline for making a return?
The deadline for any return is 30 calendar days from receipt of the product.
Do I have to pay return costs?
Yes, the return costs for orders from Spain and Portugal is 5.50€ with our courier service. In case of return of an order in other countries of the European Union, the cost will be 12.50€ with our courier service.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your refund has been received and approved, the refund will be paid using the same payment method you used to pay for your purchase.
When will I receive the amount of my refund?
After approving the refund (the items must be in perfect condition and have all inner labels intact) you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating the amount to be credited to your card. The credit card reimbursement depends on your bank and will be made within 14 calendar days.
What should I do if the amount of my refund is incorrect?
Please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.
